Tech Bears Solutions is looking for a proactive and customer-focused L1 Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT systems, troubleshooting skills, and a passion for helping users resolve technical issues efficiently. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Handle and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot incidents effectively and escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support when necessary.
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support or helpdesk roles (L1 or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of IT fundamentals (hardware, operating systems, networks, and basic troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
