Just as a bear stands firm and capable in the wild, yet adjusts to changing seasons and environments, we strive to be a reliable, steadfast, and flexible partner for our clients and employees.

How We Began
While we officially registered in the US in 2025, our journey began in 2018 with the launch of our first BPO in Makati. From the start, we dreamed big and worked hard to make it happen. That early venture became the springboard for everything that followed. When the pandemic reshaped the way the world works, we took the insights and experience we had gained to sharpen our focus.
By 2023, we refined our mission, strengthened our structure, and leaned into the resilience that comes from years of experience. We’re not just skilled. We’ve been tested. We know what it takes to grow a business with integrity, focus, and strength. That’s what makes Tech Bears the partner you can count on.
