Job Summary

Tech Bears Solutions is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented IT Sales Admin to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments, a strong understanding of technology solutions, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Support sales processes including proposal creation, client follow-ups, CRM updates, and order processing.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to understand products and services offered.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.
  • Monitor and report sales metrics to help track team performance.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication between sales reps and clients.
  • Ensure prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and follow-through on pending items.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with a background in IT or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
  • Solid understanding of tech-related products, services, and solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with reliable follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while staying connected with the team.
