• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1 and L2 support teams.
• Manage incidents using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
• Implement and support IT infrastructure changes and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability, performance, and security.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.

• 1–2 years of IT L3 support experience.
• Strong expertise in servers, networking, and virtualization.
• Skilled in ITSM tools and incident management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
